What is VIP Consigning?

  • Standard Consignor makes a 65% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 35% of your sales. You will be charged a $12.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).”

  • If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!

  • A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.

  • Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

You Can Do Both!

You have the option to split your items between VIP Consigning and Standard Consigning! If you want the big items out now like baby gear and furniture, but want to prep clothes and shoes yourself - you can! Or maybe you need the closet space now but aren't quite ready to part with the toys. No problem! VIP Consigning is a great solution!

How Do I Deliver Items to Processor?

Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes deliver your items. Please do not use garbage bags.

How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?

You will receive the passes by email or you can pick it up at Pre-sale.

How Do I Pick Up My Check?

The Consignor check will be available on Pick Up day. If you do not pick up the check, it will automatically be mailed to you

What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?

You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.

The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.

Acceptable Items

We love clothing, shoes, baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, etc! We will accept car seats with a manufacture date of 10/01/19 or later and the seat must have at least 1 year remaining before the expiration date. All baby gear (car seats, strollers, highchairs, and etc) MUST be very clean. If they have stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept them.

What clothing items are you accepting?

All clothes need to be Fall & Winter only. We WILL NOT accept shorts unless they are athletic shorts. Winter coats, holiday attire, athletic wear are all big sellers.

All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well). Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.

If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together.

We will not accept: tank tops, shorts, swim suits, flip flops, sandals, white dress shoes, water shoes, Halloween, Easter or 4th of July themed clothing.

Do you take Junior Clothing?

Yes. Junior Girl Clothing - Must be brand name clothing that is seasonally appropriate and be one of our accepted brands. (Abercrombie, Adidas, American Eagle, Anthropology, Athleta, Banana Republic, Birenstock, BKE, Blowfish, Carhartt, Chaco, Champion, Columbia, Converse, Free People, Gap, Guess, Hollister, J. Crew, Kan Kan, Lucky Brand, Lululemon, Miss Me, Nike, North Face, Patagonia, Pink, Polo, Rock Revival, Southern Trend, Silver, Steve Madden, True Religion, UGG, Under Armour, Urban Outfitters, Vans, Victoria's Secret Pink (clothing & Sports bras only), Vineyard Vines, Wrangler, Zyia) as well as boutique brands bought at a Boutique Store. There is not a quantity limit on Junior Girls clothing, only brand restrictions.
Junior Boy Clothing - We do not have any restrictions on brands or limits. They need to be in style and up to date. We take current styles that have been in the stores within the last 2-3 years, are trendy and are of current fashion geared to ages 16-22.

Are there Any Item Limits?

We have a 300 item limit per consignor code. An outfit counts as only one item as long as it is sold together. If you have more than 300 items in excellent condition, you may apply for an additional code for an additional consignor fee. We typically try to bundle items and price accordingly to help keep you under the 300 item limit. This limit is in place to encourage and ensure that our Consignors are bringing their very BEST in order to provide an incredible shopping experience!

We Cannot Accept the Following Items:

Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes or DVDs
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are battery operated)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Items with missing pieces
Breast pumps
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
Bedding (This includes sheets larger than twin size, all comforters and crib bumpers)
Crib Mattresses
