Consignor FAQs
Option 1 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll pick them up and label your items at the store on one of the Drop Off Days. (This is most popular.) Option 2 - Let us print them for you and mail them to you for a small fee. Label your items at home. Bring your labelled items on Drop Off Days. Option 3 - Let us print them for you for free. You can pick them during early barcode pick up dates and times. These dates and times will be announced (via email and Facebook). You will pick them up, label your items at home. Bring your labelled items on Drop Off days. Option 4 - Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items. Label your items at home. Bring your labelled items on Drop Off Days. ITEMS LABELED AT HOME WILL STILL BE GUARANTEED. Items MUST be brought IN ORDER and in an organized manner for us to continue the guarantee.***
Yes! If you purchase a ticket - you may bring ONE guest with you.
This event we are not allowing children under the age of 16. Baby wearing is ok.
We suggest you set the price at 30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively, also. Yes, but you will need to enter your items online in separate batches - one for each sale. Be VERY sure you enter your items for the correct sale.
Place them in a ziploc bag and then seal the ziploc with clear packing tape. Use a sharpie to write your Consignor # on the bag so that we can match them up if they become separated. This is important!
NO, please do not use wire hangers. Clothes DO NOT stay on wire hangers during our busy shopping times and your items will not be purchased if they are on the floor. Please make sure to use children's size hangars up to a size 6 or so, and adult sized hangars for larger sizes and maternity clothing. Using too large of a hanger for baby & children's clothing stretches the fabric and the item will not sell well.
Yes, there is a $12 consignor fee taken from your Consignor check.
Do not stick it directly onto the bag. Attach the string tag securely to the bag with a safety pin or packing tape. The exception is shoes, where we ask that you attach the string tag to the shoes in the ziploc bag. Make sure to write your Consignor # on the bag so that we can reprint a tag if it becomes lost.
We will have limited shopping carts available that you can use. Please feel free to bring your own bag, wagon or basket. We will also be selling our beautiful big, pink Rhea Lana bags for only $5!
If it doesn't seem to be worth $4 then we suggest keeping that item at home. However, if it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.
Wrinkled clothes do not sell! Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the better they sell!
Due to space limitations please contact Loricathey@rhealana.com if you wish to bring a crib or furniture. For cribs manufactured after June 28, 2011, we can accept them if they have not been recalled.
No, stuffed animals do not sell well at events.
